This is a permanent position for someone with 2 to 4 years of retail experience who is customer-focused, organised and comfortable working on a busy shop floor. What You Will Be Doing

The role covers three main areas on the floor:

Customer Assistance — greeting customers, providing product information, helping them make informed purchases and resolving any queries or issues that come up during their visit.

Sales Support — supporting the sales team in reaching store targets, setting up product displays and keeping the floor organised, clean and well-stocked at all times.

Inventory and Store Maintenance — assisting with receiving and unpacking stock, conducting stock checks, ensuring products are correctly priced and labelled, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the store.

Who Should Apply

• Matric / Grade 12 (NSC) — essential
• 2 to 4 years of retail or customer service experience — essential
• Computer literate
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service orientation
• A tertiary qualification is an advantage but not required
