What You Will Be Doing
Your work will be store-based and hands-on. Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
- Determining what stock needs to be merchandised and drawing stock requirements
- Checking product vintage, quality on shelves, stock rotation and price tags
- Executing merchandising activities according to the cycle brief
- Recording all merchandising activities accurately
- Providing feedback on customer complaints, queries and requests
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge and promotions
- Executing calls as per the call cycle plan
