Sasol is accepting applications for its Learner Administrator programme for people living with a disability. The opportunity is based across Sandton, Sasolburg and Secunda, and closes on 6 November 2026.
The entry requirement is completed Matric. A relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage, so applicants should distinguish that preference from a compulsory degree requirement.

Check the essentials before applying
The role is specifically advertised for people living with a disability. Learners must participate in assessments and workplace-readiness activities. The programme develops computing, communication, literacy, numeracy and basic business skills.
Diplomas or degrees in Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Environmental, Psychology, HR, Marketing or Economics are advantageous. The advert does not say that every applicant needs one of these qualifications.
Prepare a clear application folder
GraduateRoom’s advice is to keep an updated CV, your Matric evidence and any relevant qualification documents ready. Follow Sasol’s actual upload instructions: the advert reviewed does not provide a complete mandatory document checklist, so do not assume a particular medical form or certification period is required.
Make your contact details easy to find and check that the study dates on your CV match your records. Describe computing or administration skills you have actually used, such as writing a document, organising information or checking a spreadsheet. School and community examples can help you explain those skills honestly.
Plan for onsite attendance and support
Before accepting a place, clarify the assigned location, attendance hours, travel arrangements and any workplace adjustments you need. Discuss accommodation needs through the employer’s recruitment process. These are practical questions, not extra selection conditions created by GraduateRoom.
The vacancy does not publish a stipend amount or confirm transport and accommodation support. Ask the recruiter about these terms before making a budget or moving closer to a site.
