  • Health, hygiene and professional appearance standards
  • Communication and workplace relationships
  • Cultural awareness when serving customers and working with colleagues

  • Table and drink service to industry standard
  • Cleaning and restocking drinks machines and glassware
  • Understanding sectors within hospitality, travel and tourism
