VKB Group is recruiting a Learner Branch Marketer for its NTK Retail operation in Polokwane, Limpopo. This is a permanent entry-level position suited to someone with a Matric or NQF Level 4 who wants to build a career in agricultural retail. The role focuses on selling merchandise, managing stock and looking after customers in a branch environment. Closing date is 14 June 2026.

What the Job Involves

This is a branch-based retail role. You will be working directly with customers and stock on a daily basis:

• Selling and marketing products to customers according to agreed targets
• Managing stock levels to ensure products are always available
• Merchandising stock and replenishing shelves as needed
• Assisting customers and resolving queries within your mandate
• Keeping the work area clean and well presented

Who Can Apply

• Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification
• Clear criminal record
• Experience in a relevant retail or agricultural field is an advantage
• 1 to 3 years of irrigation experience is an advantage but not required
