About the Role

As an Apprentice at VW Fourways, you will embark on an essential journey in the automotive industry, focusing on vehicle maintenance, repair, and customer service. Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior technicians with routine maintenance and repair of vehicles, ensuring quality workmanship.

- Participate in training programs to develop skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting automotive issues.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental guidelines.

- Interact with customers to understand their needs and communicate service recommendations accurately.

- Help with the ordering and management of parts and inventory for efficient service delivery.

- Document service activities clearly and accurately in the workshop management system.
