Position: Logistics Coordinator (Learnership Programmes)
We are seeking a practical and organised Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational coordination of learnership programmes.
The successful candidate will manage class attendance follow-up, learner transport arrangements, workplace placement coordination and workplace task tracking.
This role requires strong follow-up skills, accurate record keeping and the ability to coordinate learners across classroom and workplace environments.
Main Duties
Monitor learner class attendance and follow up on absenteeism or late coming.
Coordinate learner transport or movement to workplace sites where applicable.
Allocate and confirm learner workplace placements with site supervisors.
Maintain learner placement schedules, attendance records and task trackers.
Follow up on workplace learning activities and supervisor confirmations.
Report weekly on attendance, transport, placement and task progress.
