- ✓Minimum Grade 12
- ✓Relevant Degree / Diploma in Finance (Advantageous)
- ✓Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- ✓Computer literate: Microsoft excel, word, outlook
- ✓Detail orientated and precise
- ✓Good administrative capabilities
- ✓Must be analytical and able to work under pressure
About this role
Closing Date: 12 May 2026
Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):
Daily processing of supplier POD’S to Invoice Phase on ERP system/Accpac
Monitor outstanding Purchase Orders not processed to invoice phase and see that vendor account entries are all posted to invoice phase
Investigate all unmatched receipts
Request credit notes where needed from Supplier Debtors
Supplier Invoice daily processing as received
Provide support to operations managers /site operators and Cost Accountant
Maintaining document sorting as paperwork is received from sites and storing in a proper filling system
Liaison with all raw material suppliers
Preparation and finalisation of Supplier Recons for payments monthly
