Requirements
- ✓Minimum Grade 12
- ✓Must have a valid driver’s license (Code 10\14).
- ✓Valid PDP (Advantageous)
- ✓Be literate and functionally numerate.
- ✓Medically fit in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act.
- ✓Possess basic knowledge of machinery.
- ✓Pre-employment medical required.
- ✓Ability to work under pressure.
- ✓Be self-disciplined and able to work without supervision.
- ✓Ability to work within the team.
- ✓Ability to stand for long periods.
- ✓Ability to see well and distinguish between back up alarms, voices, and other normal sounds consistent with construction job sites.
- ✓Be able to work irregular hours which may include night work.
About this role

Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):
Driving the Water Truck and carrying out all related tasks
Reporting general mechanical elementary problems
Be safety conscious
Able to work as part of a team
Acknowledge that Management may allocate additional tasks when tasks cannot be completed on standard allocated job
Keep machine clean, safe and in good working order by completing daily pre-start checklist correctly
Be able to work under pressure and sometimes extended hours (including overtime and Saturdays)
Must be able to carry out instructions given by your superior
