Requirements
- ✓Grade 12 certificate
- ✓Must have sound knowledge & understanding of the mining environment
- ✓Must have a good understanding of the legal aspects pertaining to a mine/quarry
- ✓Basic financial skills
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Computer literate: Microsoft excel, word, outlook
- ✓Good leadership skills
- ✓Good administrative capabilities
- ✓Must be able to work under pressure
- ✓Must be safety conscious
About this role
Closing Date: 20 May 2026
Location: Eersteriver, Western Cape, South Africa
Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):
Data capturing and completion of various reports i.e. Diesel report, Yams, ASMS/Maintenance job cards
Assist with dispatch operations
Scheduling & verifying of loads according to orders
Analyze the order & quantities required for each job
Maintain the records of all order received, dispatched correctly; accurately ensure all delivery notes are signed, etc.
Report any dispatch & related problems to the immediate superior immediately
Any other reasonable & lawful work-related instruction & given to the employee by an authorized person
Adhere to all SHE rules and regulations that are applicable on the site e.g. Induction Training
Adhere to the Quality Assurance responsibility during the production process by constantly monitoring & evaluating that a computerized maintenance strategy is employed to ensure absolute reliability & minimum down time
