The skills we need:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity in developing content, ideas, and marketing concepts.

Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media channels, Google Analytics, email marketing tools).

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to analyse data and interpret consumer insights.

Good organisational, project management and time-management skills.

Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace tools.

Attributes required:

Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and a well-structured thought process.

Ability to multi-task and to meet tight deadlines.

Very strong interpersonal skills and experience of marshalling cross-departmental resources towards daily goals and objectives.

Proficiency in Google Workspace

Ability to project manage across brand portfolios

Key responsibilities:

Marketing Administration

Writing and Submitting Creative Briefs

Writing and Submitting Competition Terms & Condition Briefs

Managing and Updating Calendars

Managing and Updating Campaign Presentations

Product Ordering & Merchandise Procurement

Daily Management of Competition Administration

General Project Management Assistance

This is a contract position

High Level:
