The Scatec Graduate Programme is a corporate initiative that ensures that all graduates in the different areas of our business adapt to a high level of unvarying standards in terms of orientation, training, development and exposure to the business processes. The programme offers graduates an intensive 24-month long development experience, making it one of the most sought-after graduate programmes.
What does the programme entail?
Twenty-four (24) month programme, based in Cape Town
Progress reviews bi-annually
Frequent and standardised assessments focused on competency
Fit-for-purpose training
